Kelly IT Resources is currently hiring an IT Automation Developer for Lisbon and our client is a global medical products and technologies' company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, and critical care, and infusion devices. As part of our client's continued development, they are building an IT competency center in Lisbon, and require technically qualified, adaptable and ambitious IT professionals to support their mission to improve lives across the world.

Position: IT Automation Developer
Reports to: Process Automation Lead
Role Summary: To support process automation across the global finance organization to include:
• Work within a team to assess requirements, understand business needs and design solutions in consultation with finance colleagues and other business stakeholders;
• Build solutions using multiple tools (Blue Prism, Winshuttle, etc..);
• Document automation solutions;
• Implement, monitor, maintain, or enhance automated solutions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, tests, maintains and/or enhances existing or new automations;
• Prepares detailed specifications for automations;
• Applies standard development methodologies;
• Provides direction, training, and guidance to colleagues;
• Has a deep understanding of the automation being developed.

Skills and experience:

• Prior hands-on IT experience, and experience in business process analysis
• Proven experience developing with Blue Prism (mandatory)
• Experience developing with WinShuttle (Business Process Management tool) forms, workflows, and interfaces with SAP (Preferable)
• Experience working with MS SQL queries and JavaScript (Preferable)
• Good development skills in RPA or Test Automation or other common languages (e.g. C#, Microsoft Excel VBA, Java, .NET, or similar)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (IF statements, nested statements, vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
• Experience of working independently and as part of a global team on projects with professionals at all levels
• Demonstrable track record of problem-solving
• Able to articulate and simplify complex technical solutions to stakeholders
• Knowledge of Finance or Accounting function as this role will involve the development of intelligent automation solutions for accounting and finance professionals
• Experience in a range of delivery methodologies including agile and plan-driven paradigms
• Understanding of the implications of design choices in terms of functionality, delivery, and maintenance
• Advanced English is mandatory.
