Kelly Services is recruiting a Retail Back-office Specialist fluent in Norwegian & English (m/f) for an American multinational technology company. This position would be suitable for those interested in new technologies and online shops.

Main responsibilities:
The Retail Back-office Specialist (m/f) has a wide range of responsibilities focused on fulfilling customer expectations and/or notifying them of changes, alerting superiors to any slowdowns in delivering customer service and improving the overall customer service experience. The role may also include processing incoming requests from customers for changes in shipment disbursement: package reroutes, address corrects, hold for pickup or return to sender.

Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in the following language -
Norwegian and English (mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.

Schedules: Monday to Sunday - rotative shifts between 7 am - 10 pm (8h/d) with two rotative days off per week.
