Randstad Human Resources recruits for a client company, a Public Affairs & Communications Assistant, with the following profile:

responsabilidades chave

  • The function of PACD assistant includes (but not limited to):
  • Support to Head of PACD daily activities and agenda;
  • Cross-function activities within the scope of the department, including supporting CRM activities with stakeholders and agencies - Stakeholder mapping, Media relations, Corporate brand management and employer branding, Corporate partners management (e.g. associations);
  • Managing the Department calendar of activities and regular reports of PACD activity;
  • Drafting internal reports on specific activities, events or initiatives;
  • Support for budget execution and activity plan;
  • Adapt global/materials and initiatives into the department activity and action plans;
  • Management of internal and administrative procedures, aligning with other departments, e.g. Procurement, HR, business groups.

competências

  • Academic background in marketing, communications, international business or related;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably with experience in agencies;
  • Excellent English levels (spoke and written);
  • Resilience and problem-solving attitude.
