Our client is a global leader in pain management and related diseases, who is hiring a Purchase to Pay Team Lead.

The goals of the P2P Team leader are to create a cohesion team environment promoting an open communication culture, fostering and leading the team to achieve the targeted performance.

The team leader must be one of driver on innovate measures implementation that uplift the process E2E. On this position, the team lead must encourage cooperation among internal departments to ensure alignment on best solution to be applied.

responsabilidades chave

  • Operational responsabilities:
  • Ensure that robust processes, controls and systems are in place to process supplier invoices & payments
  • Resolve open issues with the operating units and clarify complex situations in AP (e.g., partial / initial payments)
  • Ensure that vendor accounts are analyzed and reconciled, to prevent frauds
  • Interact with the relevant Business Partners and / or operating units such as clarification of complex accounting issues
  • Enhance policies and procedures related to the accounts payable's function, including automation, to meet business needs
  • Drive continuous process improvement & standardization initiatives towards greater efficiency & costs reduction
  • Ensure that targeted performance is in accordance with service level agreements
  • Managing Responsabilities:
  • Set clear goals to team members
  • Settle and resolve any issues or conflicts promoting a feedback culture environment
  • Encourage analytical thinking on team members
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines for internal team
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics always foreseen the application of improvements measures.
  • Constant seek for P2P process best practices within benchmark references
  • Focus on the development of P2P process initiatives

competências

  • Completed professional education with degree in Business Administration and/or Management, Human Resources, Finance or another related field
  • Professional Experience in GBS Industry 3-5 years (in an accounting environment is a plus)
  • Professional Experience in P2P area ( is a plus to be consider)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP module FI + workflow solutions and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
