responsabilidades
The project manager will be responsible for the operational delivery of the contact centre services as well as will be in charge of all organisational tasks as the main interface with DG Communication.
Full time job, responsible for the entire operation, in particular:
- Recruiting, training, motivation and retaining staff
- Quality assurance
- Daily contact with DG Communication
- Quantitative and qualitative reporting
- Ensuring adequate response capacity of the contact centre
- Following up on financial aspects of the contract
- Managing the accessibility of the contact centre's communication channels, including measures to ensure access to the free phone number in all EU Member States
- Overseeing the cooperation with associated services
- Information security policy enforcement
- Business continuity measures
