Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. responsabilidades chave
Airbus Research and Technology (R&T) projects are covering all aspects of future aircraft development: Disruptive Cockpit, Wing of Tomorrow, Propulsion of Tomorrow, Fuselage- Cabin-Empennage of Tomorrow...there are projects for all tastes!The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
? Working with the project leader & project organization on a day to day basis;
? Raising the understanding and acceptance of PM within the project/portfolio population by coaching and/or awareness sessions; challenging project leaders where needed;
? Shaping methods and tools in accordance to PM standards to the needs of the project;
? Supporting efficient communication and stakeholder management;
? Scheduling projects, performance follow up (e.g. milestones/quality gates), reporting
throughout all project phases;
? Financial analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk and Opportunity Management (ROM), Change Management, Key reviews support, Project planning, Action plan management.
competências
Up to 5 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within industrial scope;Strong facilitation skills for coaching, motivating & enabling the team;
Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner;
Ability to negotiate, influence and to manage conflicts;
Willingness and ability to handle changes on a day-to-day basis;
Challenge mind-set, ability to speak up; and, interested in deploying new ways of working,
Optional: Knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies (Scrum, SAFe ...)
Experience in stakeholder management, ability to engage skills of different functions of
Negotiation level of English; French and/or German a plus
