At Six-factor, we are building LIVING LAB for deep decarbonization, empowering CNC Machines with Machine learning, revamping and modernizing internationally used software for compliance to protect the world’s fisheries to name a few.
We are sensing tremendous growth as we have been furnishing sustainable Digital Transformation of a chain of Multinational institutions scattered worldwide(Germany, USA,UK, Switzerland) from a Lisbon-based highly technology driven laboratory.
Main function: To assist the project teams that is engaged in Digital Industries with onboarding and organization.
SKILLS NEEDED:
• Support the Program Manager for all organizational related topics;
• Worldwide correspondence for the Program Manager;
• Travel management for the Program Manager considering the required regulations;
• Administration and support setting up and organizing Program facilities as e.g., office and meeting rooms working equipment;
• Technical onboarding of new Program Team members;
• Maintenance of program team-lists and outlook distribution-lists (internal & external members);
• Operative execution of the on-/offboarding process for the Program including user accounts;
• Coordination of Program meetings, documentation and distribution of meeting minutes;
• Self-organized and self-driven;
• Basic Project Management knowledge and experience in IT related areas;
• At least 2 years of experience in providing similar service.
