We are recruiting a Procurement Specialist for a technogical multinational.
Responsabilidades
- ProcessBQMS requests on time following HQ´s guidelines; - BQMSsupport to our vendors and our employees on any issues with the system we mayhave; - Followup request in order to create PO´s on time; - Run RFQs to select vendors; - Analyze the offers received with the division in orderto select the vendor; - Review vendor´s contracts; - Daily contact withvendors in order to make sure service and products are purchase properly.Requisitos
- Economicor BA degree. (other studies may be also considered); - Procurement experience. 5 years; - Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English; - Good knowledge in Excel management.Condições
- Contract with the possibility of integration;
- Other allowances depending on the nature of the function.
