Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Essential Functions:
to prepare weekly/monthly performance review meetings of On Site Support Suppliers cross programme and cross site;
to gather and ensure all needed inputs from Front and Back Office, as well as respective Head Of different department;
to develop new KPIs, as well as maintaining existing ones, analyzing results and expected actions;
to gather expected messages and comments from multifunctional stakeholders;
to coordinate existing Data Catalog and be part of the Data Transformation of POC.
additional Responsibilities:
data Visualization and Business Intelligence;
creation of new Reports and KPIs based on internal stakeholders needs as well as operational circumstances
be able to explain reports and KPIs in front of internal and external stakeholders;
to understand the where is coming the data, how to clean it and be open to learn new tools and methods for analysis.
competências
If you have:communication, Stakeholder Management and Change Management skills;
proactive with multiple tools, desktop and web tools with focus in Data Analysis but as well presentations and reports;
past experience in Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement, including Process management aspect
customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to priorities in case of emergencies;
eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement;
degree in Business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
fluent in English sufficient to fully engage in meetings and negotiations;
experience in French and/or German would be a plus;
ability to work in a multicultural environment ;
able to travel domestically and internationally when needed;
shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
