Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

responsabilidades chave

  • your role:
  • manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus
  • Procurement tools;
  • create and follow-up Purchase Orders; ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered
  • goods and services;
  • consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data;
  • manage and follow-up standard supplier communication on various topics such a Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control etc;
  • manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed;
  • process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events;
  • ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities;
  • contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools

competências

  • If you have:
  • up to 5 years of work experience and the potential to be developed in the core countries in the Airbus Procurement function;
  • experience in administration tasks and knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations;
  • effective written and verbal communication skills;
  • fluent in English both written and verbal, French and/or German would be a plus;
  • knowledge of Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and will be used to Google suite;
  • "delivery" oriented with a strong focus on customers satisfaction;
  • ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively;
  • team player and comfortable with remote working;
  • always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations. A specific attention will be brought to the Ethics of the jobholder;
  • In his/her role, he/she is engaging Airbus legally, financially and in terms of image;
  • You may have to travel up to once a month to the core countries of Airbus (France, Germany, Spain and UK)
