We are recruiting a Prescriptores and Distribution Stores Manager for a multinational energy company.
O que terás de fazer
- Define and implement the business model and growth strategy of 2 news commercial channels, romanus and prescriptores;
- Procurement of best outsourcing partner and establish a business relationship based on SLAs, according to pre defined criteria and requisites in order to achieve commercial newtwork expansion goals;
- Create business models per commercial channel and partners' typology establishing commercial and other goals;
- Draft the commercial partners lifecycle per channel, identifying a set of processes and activities to develop throughout the year aiming for an excellent integration and dynamization of partners' performance;
- Collect mandatory technical requisites for partners lifecycle implementation and set automatized processes where an agile payment way is in place;
- Elaboration of communication tools, marketing initiatives and incentives' plans and gamification to interact, follow-up and foster partners performance;
Create the prescriptors channel based on Mindsait documents;
- Do benchmarking, observation, interviews, focus group and mystery shopper's visitations to competitors brands which best promote prescriptors and romanus channels;
Extrapolate the best pratices in place to other commercial channels;
- Define and conduct surveys to all relevant partners in the market by business sector;
Responsible for negotiating sales points and partnership.
O que precisas de garantir
Degree in Management ou marketing;
At least 5-8 years’ experience in sales positions in energy or similar sector (e.g. telecommunication);
Good leadership skills;
Dynamic; proactive; optimistic; Very good communications skills, negotiation skills and great level of empath.
