Our client is a specialist developer, lender and investor focused on real estate opportunities, commands a prominent position within the student accommodation sector, assisted living, hospitality and more recently in co-working spaces.

Taking over clients from Sales Team post signing of deeds, to thereafter be buyer's main point of contact;Understanding buyer contracts, with related deliverables and timelines. Ensure that these are tracked;Design company customer service and customer experience strategy alongside best practises manual and communication templates;Propose to the board for approval - once approved project manage and lead implementation (involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring tracking);Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics to measure customer satisfaction;Gather constant clients feedback to both improve processes and to use as marketing tool;Keep clients informed of construction updates and other relevant milestones;Managing handover of properties to buyers (to be managed in conjunction with Construction Team);Managing all snagging and repairs in timely & cost-efficient manner (in conjunction with Construction Team);Manage lettings of properties and related payment time lines etc (to be managed in conjunction with Property Manager);Track Golden Visa approvals and clients immigration process - provide data to operations team to include on relevant reports - raise any delays /issue;Managing provision of Furniture Pack, in accordance with buyer contracts;Escalating issues arising between buyer expectations and actual delivery with internal teams (Sales / Mgt / Construction etc);Providing weekly / monthly reporting on all of the above, with inclusion of forecast actions / ongoing management;To welcome existing clients visiting Lisbon;To welcome potential buyers who are visiting from overseas and showcase new projects with sales purposes.

Perfil desejado

Strong people skills including effective communication, negotiation and proactive problem solving;Forward thinking;Energetic, lively and pleasant personality;Target oriented and self-driven;Minimum of 5 years on customer facing role, ideally with sales exposure and within a high-net individuals clienteleAbility to work independently;Education: Ideal Business/Real estate/law;English/ Portuguese required - Spanish is ideal.
