Job Description:
As a Pizza Chef, you will be the mastermind behind our delicious and authentic pizza creations. Your role is essential in maintaining the quality and consistency of our pizzas while continuously experimenting with new flavors and toppings to tantalize our customers' taste buds. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and hand-stretching pizza dough to perfection, ensuring an excellent base for each pizza.
Creating an array of traditional and innovative pizza recipes with high-quality ingredients.

Ensuring that pizza stations are well-stocked, organized, and cleaned to meet health and safety standards.
Monitoring ovens and cooking times to achieve the desired texture and flavor for each pizza.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain inventory levels and order supplies when necessary.
Assisting in the development of new menu items and specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
Maintaining a positive, efficient, and professional work environment within the kitchen.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in pizza-making techniques and various cooking methods.
A passion for culinary excellence, with a deep understanding of different pizza styles and regional variations.
Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, flavors, and culinary trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional quality.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and engage with customers.
A dedication to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
