Kelly through its Finance division is recruiting a P2P Tower Lead fluent in English, for a multinational client, located in Lisbon.

Purpose of Role

The Purchase to Pay Tower Lead is accountable to execute and continuously improve the process cycle in GBS, including but not limited to manage the teams for PR/PO, invoice processing, payments, and T&E activities with the objective of improving user and vendor experience and increasing efficiency of the process and productivity of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all KPI's;
• Review the teams day to day activities, included but not limited to invoicing, audit requests, analysis, and other requests pertaining to the process;
• Manage the communications with multiple internal and external stakeholders and being an escalation point for issues;
• Review and communicate the metrics reporting for the relevant process
• Take responsibility for identifying process improvement opportunities and manager continuous improvement projects for P2P;
• Take responsibility for all people aspects of managing a team: recruitment, training, performance, and talent management;
• Take responsibility of the process controls defined and agreed with Finance Control and Internal Audit.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar role;
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline;
• Strong analytic and time management skills;
• Good time management skills;
• Experience of working within a GBS environment or professional business experience;
• Experience with SAP (preferential) and P2P Tools;
• Fluent in English (Mandatory).
