At this moment, and to support our client's expansion, we're looking for Network Support Agents (m/f) to join their team responsible for building and maintaining a happy and positive relationship with customers across national borders.

Our Client

Is the European leader in providing hospitality technology products and services to independent hotels, hotel chains, and other hospitality businesses across EMEA. Their portfolio ranges from property management software, hospitality analytics, interactive TV systems, internet access, guest content, locks, and mobile keys to managed networks.

Role Overview

As a Network Support Agent (m/f), you will be responsible for handling customer (hoteliers or guests) inquiries by recording all details and actions. You will also run and manage technical investigation requests directly from the Hoteliers about the Network issues and follow up on customer interactions. Furthermore, you will handle contract issues and location temporary changes and provide reports as requested by Sales, among other administrative tasks.

If you have:

- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written (C level required);
- Strong customer service/support attitude;
- Troubleshooting Mindset;
- Strong skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel/Outlook);
- Some knowledge in technologies, such as Routing, Switching, Wireless, Software…;
- Availability to work in shifts and for a hybrid working model (days at the office and days working from home);
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing company.
