Implement sales and execution plans with field team to drive growth;Lead the team to search for competitor activity and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis;Provide concise weekly & monthly field activity communication reporting including but not limited to state compliance reports, channel reports, competitor reports;Team coaching and development; lead a team of Sales Executives to be sales and relationship focused, using effective communication and motivational strategies;Build presentations and present to key internal and external stakeholders;Budget management.

Perfil desejado

Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business-related field;Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar;Strong leadership skills;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Organized and disciplined;Both strategic and hands on professional;Available to travel;Willing to work in a very dynamic and challenging environment.
