Kelly Services, thanks to its expertise in Contact Center and Shared Services, is currently in the process of selection for a well-known Client located in Miraflores, a Master Data & BI Analyst (m/f).As a Master Data & BI Analyst (m/f) you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Data & BI Analysts;
- Master the statistical tools and information necessary for setting up a database;
- Perfectly manage the different technologies specific to big data;
- Perfectly manage the different BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and find relevant data sources;
- Extract data from the source system and extract and translate business data into statistical data;
- Optimize customer segmentation through consumption data and model and ensure regular updates of the database;
- Control the quality of the data, synthesize and popularize information to make it accessible to the network and propose recommendations on the databases to be modified.
What you will need to succeed:
- Portuguese speaker (C1 level minimum) and fluency in English (C1 level minimum);
- Master in Statistic, IT or Marketing;
- 2 years of Big Data Training;
- Experience in Team Leading;
- Excel expert.
