Kelly Services, is a partner of a well-known Company located in Miraflores, which is a global leader in offering a unique logistics and transportation experience.
Currently, and to reinforce their Shared Service team, we are recruiting a Master Data Administrator (m/f) with the mission of updating centralized reference tools and ensure quality and consistency between different information systems;

Main responsibilities:

• Update reference tools centrally;
• Analyze and correct anomalies centrally in the reference tools of different applications and guide the resolution of anomalies across all branches;
• Ensure the structure of the reference tool and the consistency of orders received;
• Contribute to the implementation of tools with clients/projects;
• Creation, update and activation of customers/suppliers in SAP HUB and operational tools;
• Update of contacts in Sidetrade.

Profile:

• Fluency in English (C1 level minimum - mandatory);
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other business tools;
• Analytical thinking and organization;
• Resistance to stress;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Proactive and adaptable.
