In the context of the development of Airbus Customer Services Strategy department (SY), you will join the “Market & Messaging” team (SYM), under the supervision of the messaging leader. Because a great market story is worth a thousand words, you will join a creative team and support the elaboration of convincing stories to contribute to Customer Services business ambition.

Main activities:

You will join a team aiming at delivering global commercial aviation services forecasts, intelligence and business analysis, through concise and impactful stories, in order to adapt and enhance Airbus present and future services, and enable strategic aftermarket decisions across Airbus.

Within the messaging stream, you will explore and propose simple solutions to solve complex business matters, at lightning-fast pace. Targeting internal and external audiences, you will actively influence business decisions through tailored and outstanding studies, reports and presentations.

responsabilidades chave

This team aims at delivering global commercial aviation services forecasts, intelligence and business analysis, through concise and impactful stories, in order to adapt and enhance Airbus present and future services, and enable strategic aftermarket decisions across Airbus.
Your role:
ensure development, overall coherence and continuous improvement of the regional Global Services Forecast (GSF), including forecasting methodologies & identifying data sources to produce agile projections;
through regular exchanges with Customer facing teams, identify market trends;
develop and formalize the regional services intelligence process, including participation in external events as appropriate and reporting on main learnings;
map regional competitive landscape and develop associated databases;
take part and/or lead strategic missions to feed the organization with competitive positioning and support decision-making for Airbus Services strategy;
develop clear communication material (including presentations) on market understanding for Airbus Services. Communicate forecasts & competitors moves in a simple and meaningful manner to management and other internal stakeholders;
take part in the development of knowledge sharing tools to align all stakeholders on one set of information. participate in the “Market & Messaging” team activities reviews, and the “Market Regional Network”.

competências

if you have:
degree (or equivalent) in engineering or business;
good understanding of the air transport services industry (players, market trends, );
excellent project & stakeholder management;
concise & rigorous;
solid analytical skills & economic modeling capability;
able to work in an agile environment;
proactive, creative, open to new ideas; autonomous; good communication skills, team worker, proven ability to deliver;
English: Negotiation level
