Atenor is a listed company on Euronext Brussels which is specialized in the development of larger scale inner city offices or mixed sustainable development schemes. The company is currently present in 10 countries in Europe and has a portfolio of 33 projects under development totalling approximately 1.300.000m².Atenor is currently developing its first project in Lisbon on a plot of land in the Expo area where it will build a mixed development scheme of offices and retail of approximately 30.000m² above the ground. Next to this first project, Atenor is seeking to realize new large-scale projects in Portugal, starting with well-located development schemes inside Lisbon with a very good accessibility with public transports.

Descrição

Market prospecting and benchmarking in view of finding investment opportunities;
Technical and financial analysis of real estate investment opportunities in collaboration with the Project Manager and the Country Director;
Monitor and analyze both commercial (mainly offices) and residential real estate market;
Anticipate market patterns and tenant/buyer requirements;
Assist in the definition of the project in order to ensure alignment with market requirements;
Proactively identify and take contact with potential tenants in collaboration with the leasing agents;
Manage commercial offers to accommodate tenant/buyer specifications;
Negotiate and assist on the preparation and signing of the contracts.
Assist the tenant/buyer in fit-out coordination;
Market analysis and profitability of each tenant, in order to maximize commercial relationships;
Assist the Property Manager before the asset is being disposed of;
Prepare leasing and sale reports for internal use.

Perfil desejado

Experience in letting and sales of properties and in development;
Proven experience of minimum 10 years in a similar function;
Experience in town planning will be an asset;
Strong analytical and strategic outlook of the market;
Self-motivation, multi-tasking and autonomy are strong skills for the position;
Good negotiation skills and ability to create and maintain solid and lifelong relationships with all parties;
Team-player, flexible and versatile;
Portuguese (native), English (fluent), French (plus).
