competências

• Experience of at least 5 years as a lead developer with proven technical architecture experience,
• Programming Languages: Java, Scala or Go (ideally more than one),
• Proven experience on Data-driven, Event Sourcing, CQRS patterns, CommitLog
• Cloud Native experience on Istio, gRPC, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Protobuf or relevant tooling,
• Kafka, KStreams, KSQLDB,
• Spark, Delta-lake desirable,
• Micro-services architectures experience: Service Mesh preferable but other frameworks and topologies accepted,
• API architecture preferable within financial services,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Large team lead and tech management experience,
• A certification or experience of Agile methodologies such as SaFe, Scrum, Pair Programming, Kanban, Xtreme
• Excellent analytics, problem-solving and solution skills,
• A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure, remaining open to change and continuous improvement,
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (mandatory).
• Nice to have
• Computer Science or equivalent academic background,
• Experience in GCP, AWS or Azure, preferable with certification,
• Modern Data architectures patterns: Data Fabric, Mesh, Virtualisation, Federation, Unification, Lakes, and Decentralised architectures
• Financial Services experience preferable
• Semi-Structured data stores and DBs: Redis, Elasticsearch, InfluxDb, MongoDB, Cassandra, Vitesse, Rook, etcd, TiKV, RocksDB
• In-memory distributed computing: Alluxio, Presto
• Distributed and decentralised files systemssmart Storage: IPFS, Gluster, MinIO

responsabilidades

• We are looking for an experienced core tech/developer architect lead, capable to work across different technologies in the Data space. The ideal candidate will have large hands-on experience writing and designing complex regulatory data solutions but also has the maturity do provide high and low-level design guidance.
