Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave
? Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection.Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market.
? Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and x-ray searching.
? Developing multi-hire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues cross-divisionally and cross-functionally to leverage wide channels, and co-ordinate global campaigns.
? Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.
? Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.
? Conducting competency-based interviews with candidates at final interview and provide hiring recommendations to the business.

Awareness of direct sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.Experience/ knowledge of corporate recruitment in the engineering, IT, high-technology, or the aerospace and defense sector.
Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience.
Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus
