Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

competências
- Certification in Accounting / Finance
- Finance / Accounting background and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Familiar with IFRS norms
- Knowledge of accounting field and capacity to implement decided actions
- Eager to use financial tools
- Effective Communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines
- Proactive, structured & Professional skepticism
- English - Advanced Level. Capacity to interact with English native speakers
responsabilidades
- Analysis of the contracts received from the contract owners based on the IFRS 16 norm
- Data input including validation in NLA for new contracts (or contract adjustments)
- Contract rates calculation interfacing with Controlling department
- Build a database based on the information received for global overview / tracking (monthly report of all the adjustments performed)
- Support Controlling department for budget construction / review for IFRS 16 impacts
- Be the Key-user of NLA: for Cloud version implementation and major upgrades / improvements and perform tests
- NLA defect identification and communication to the NLA Administrator.
- Contribute to the build of the Run Mode Guideline (with technical accounting) when requested – NLA Behavior & NLA new features.
- Drumbeat full process and coordination with all stakeholders of the process
