responsabilidades chave
Be the Business Partner of Account Management and Sales team to support the growth strategy,Participate in the bid and pricing processes providing relevant business cases to the Management for decision making process,
Propose innovative solutions and develop the costing and pricing model for technology costs (digital platform)
Provide input and advice to potential commercial agreements / tenders entered by the business and execute what needs to be done financially to ensure these activities are feasible and sensible,
Pilot the planning and forecasting process for New Business/Renewal, following the FP&A guidelines,
Support process improvement for the roll out of awarded RFPs: develop templates to measure actual profitability and set up cost vs business case for pricing and versus financial/ cash flow projections, that could be monitored by
regional finance together with Ops. Provide profitability analysis by client/contract and propose corrective actions,
Participate in and maintain the strong network to other functions within the headquarter and within the local markets: improve Bid process and financial data collection WW to update KPI costs and PnL.
competências
Have a first experience in business analysis, in a similar position (2 years and not more than 4 years experience), ideally in retail or service business, or TechnologyHave an intuitive understanding of what drives a business model in each market and the ability to validate this using commercial data,
Feel comfortable working on technology related models
Feel comfortable working collaboratively with many other stakeholders from different departments, challenging them on their positions and defend your interests and thoughts and commit to the final decisions,
Youre adapting quickly to new situations and bring natural curiosity to understand market specific challenges and potential solutions,
Youre able to communicate complex ideas in English,
Youre a team player who is comfortable working in cross-cultural teams
Good excel skills
Previous experience working in an IT company, IT costing or IT financial controlling
