Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting a Junior Accountant, fluent in French, for our client SIEMENS, S.A established in Alfragide, Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
To support our Finance & Accounting operation to integrate our Center of Competence which has incorporate the activities of, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Cash Allocation Cash & Banks, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Reporting.

Responsibilities:
To support our Finance & Accounting operation to integrate our Center of Competence which has incorporate the activities of, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Cash Allocation Cash & Banks, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Reporting.
- Accurate and timely accounting service, by processing transactions in line with the company regulations and guidelines;
- Closing activities;
- Allocation and clarification of incoming payments;
- Contact Business units and customers by phone and email in order to clarify open transactions and collect the open amounts;
- Close contact with project managers to work as team to solve problems related with projects;
- Contribute to continuous improvement processes in order to improve the quality of service provided.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree;
- Excellent knowledge of English and French language Write and Spoken would be a plus;
- Proficient in MSOffice (excel);
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment;
- Strong customer focus, result & quality orientation and professional ethics.
