We are recruiting a Java Software Engineer for one of our Clients, a software development company.

The candidate will work as an integral part of a cross functional development team doing everything to deliver high quality software and create value to the organization.

He/She will participate in the complete development cycle, including analysis, design, implementation and tests of the features in his/her scope of responsibility. This cycle is based on a Feature Driven Development approach combined with some agile practices. 

This job requires a broad knowledge of software engineering practices and design patterns with focus on Java / J2EE application development. The main challenge will be to receive the requirements and features from our Product Management, have a deep understanding about what’s being required and solve the problem from Software engineering perspective.

O que precisas de garantir

· MSc / BS degrees in Computer Science or related fields

· More than 3 years of experience in Java software development

· Fluent English, spoken and written

· Availability to travel

Technical skills:

· Experience and knowledge of Object Oriented concepts, data structures and multi-threading

· Experience in Java, J2EE, EJB 3.1, Hibernate, JPA, GWT

· Experience with Application servers (JBOSS will be valued)

· Database concepts and SQL

· General UNIX, specifically Linux, and/or Windows knowledge.
