competências
- Ideal Profile:
- - Demonstrated expertise in building, shipping and supporting innovative, scalable enterprise-class 3-tier web applications;
- - Experience on one or more MVC web development frameworks (eg: Angular, React etc.);
- - Experience working as a full stack Java Developer, with excellent knowledge in software design and clean code principles, with knowledge of the main integrated development environments (eg: Eclipse);
- - Good experience of Java build tools (eg: Maven, Gradle, etc.);
- - Experience in tools for mapping relational databases into Object Oriented models (eg: Hibernate);
- - Experienced in using Websphere, WebLogic, JBOSS or TomCat application servers;
- - Familiar with standard Java libraries and frameworks (eg: Jax, Spring, etc);
- - Must be knowledgeable in system level profiling and debugging;
- - Must be knowledgeable in at least one of the relational DBs (eg: Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, PostgreSQL).

- - Intelligent Customer Service. Software solution to transform user experience on an omnichannel context and focusing on self service channel;
- - Leverage and transform institutions support service by introducing Artifical Intelligence cross channels;
- - Key intelligent components: Intelligent search, requests classification and anwers automation, documents automation and next best activity.
