Descrição:Vertente Humana is currently recruiting for a customer support position, with one of our renown clients. We seek ambitious candidates, with the desire to build a solid career in one of the best companies to work for in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
• We seek candidates that are able to ensure a service of exceptional quality and have the ability to provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service. Our agents will also be responsible for the follow up and management of clients accounts.
Requisitos:
Profile:
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian and good understanding of English or Portuguese (B1 Level);
• High school completed (mandatory);
• Good computer and internet skills;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others;
• Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations;
• Experience in call center environment (preferred).
