Now, to help our client with a brand-new project, we are looking for an Italian Airline Customer Support, for an International flying company where flying means a true pleasure.
Your main job will be:
- Provide assistance to an international flying company that supports airlines all over the world;
- Being part of a team specialized in offering support through written and phone communication.
You must have:
- Native or fluency in Italian and English (C level minimum - mandatory);
- Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service;
- Positive mindset.
What we offer:
- Contract directly with our client;
- Competitive wages: Grosse base salary 800€ (14 months) + Performance Bonus (12 months);
- Workload: 40 hours/week (between 08h00 -19h00, from Monday to Sunday);
- Private healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment).
