Descrição: 
We are recruiting an IT Support Specialist for a global management consulting firm operating in 7 countries with currently +400 consultants and constantly growing. This project is fully remote.
O que terás de fazer
- Provide Help desk support (End-User Management) for the entire organization;
- Master Data Management globally;
- Supplier relationship management, acting as main contact for products and asset providers (e.g. SAP providers like Linke, Microsoft and Lenovo/Dell etc.);
- Maintain company users including multifactor authentication, this includes:
  - On- and Offboarding of Employees and Subcons;
  - Setup User provisioning and ease user administration;
  - Prevention and decrease of cyber-risks;
- IT Administration & system management for the below-mentioned systems and products:
  - Office 365 and MS Office Products;
  - SAP Solution Manager; SAP Analytics Systems; SAP Cloud Platform Management;
- Raise security awareness globally and implement an IT newsletter.

- Successful track record working in an IT support role;
- Technically savvy, high affinity for new technologies;
- Evidence of Training/Microsoft certifications;
- Knowledge and expertise with the products and systems mentioned above;
- Self-starter personality, willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion;
- Highly organized individual with strong self-management skills;
- Precise way of working and paying high attention to details;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Business fluent in English.
