- - Technical Training in IT (minimum level IV);
- - Minimum professional experience of 1 year in diagnosis and incident resolution;
- - Knowledge in the areas of network management and VOIP technologies;
- - CCNA (relevant certificate or experience demonstrating competence acquisition)
- - Ability to diagnose and solve problems;
- - Fluency in English and German;
- - Customer orientation and taste for teamwork;
- - Excellent communication skills;
- - Easy learning and autonomy.
responsabilidades
- Integrated in a project of international scope, these professionals will assume the following functions:
- - First and second line technical support for the Randstad Group networks and communications worldwide;
- - Monitoring of systems and services and troubleshooting, focusing on networks and communications.
- - Ticket tracking, SLA's management and stakeholder follow-up.
