competências

  • - Technical Training in IT (minimum level IV);
  • - Minimum professional experience of 1 year in diagnosis and incident resolution;
  • - Knowledge in the areas of network management and VOIP technologies;
  • - CCNA (relevant certificate or experience demonstrating competence acquisition)
  • - Ability to diagnose and solve problems;
  • - Fluency in English and German;
  • - Customer orientation and taste for teamwork;
  • - Excellent communication skills;
  • - Easy learning and autonomy.

responsabilidades

  • Integrated in a project of international scope, these professionals will assume the following functions:
  • - First and second line technical support for the Randstad Group networks and communications worldwide;
  • - Monitoring of systems and services and troubleshooting, focusing on networks and communications.
  • - Ticket tracking, SLA's management and stakeholder follow-up.
