We are currently recruiting a IT Project Manager for a multinational pharmaceutical company with worldwide operations.

O que terás de fazer

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the IT Project Management Discipline;

- This person will also be responsible to perform project management according to the principles defined by industry standard methodologies from reputed organizations;

- Deliver project objectives through a structured approach inspired by PMI/IPMA/SCRUM, building and leading project teams;

- Manage scope, timeline, cost, risk and uncertainty, quality and organizational change, guaranteeing that information systems delivered meet user requirements specifications and are delivered on time and on budget;

- Measure and manage project progress;

- Contribute to roles and responsibilities clarification within the team;

O que precisas de garantir

- A Candidate with an University degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent degree in relevant scientific or  technological areas;

- Someone with IT Project Management Training;

- A candidate with at least 5 years experience in managing and delivering IT projects;

- Direction of at least 3 full-cycle projects;

- Experienced on interpreting and analyzing business needs and on structuring these needs, in order to design Information;

- Someone wit analytical skills and ability to make decisions under pressure;

- Someone with good negotiation and communication skills;

- An English fluent speaker (Very Good English Level is desirable);

- A candidate with critical and creative personality;

- A candidate with accuracy and responsibility;

- A candidate with initiative and dynamism;

- Someone self-confident, independent and with organizational skills;

- A candidate with strong leadership and with great team management skills;

- A candidate with motivation for new challenges and with sensitivity towards people.
