IT infrastructure Specialist - LISBOA

We are currently recruiting a IT Infrastructure Specialist for a multinational pharmaceutical company with worldwide operations.

O que terás de fazer

- Guarantee the maintenance and development of Hovione´s IT infrastructure and networks in the site under responsibility;

- Coordinate the activities of the TMs, giving direction in complex projects and overseeing IT infrastructure activities

- Participate in the validation tasks of systems and applications, according to procedures in use.

- Collaborate in the development and guarantee the implementation of procedures applicable to IT Infrastructure in the side under responsibility;

- Produce and/or validate the technical documentation and the user instructions manual of the hardware and/or networks under his responsibility

- Plan and oversee the execution of backups in the site under responsibility

- Coordinate the TMs assigned to his/her area of responsibility, namely in terms of recruitment, integration, training needs and performance management in accordance with the company's HR policies;

- Develop and propose for superior approval the activity plan and related budget for the site under responsibility in line with the unit's strategy, in order to align activities with IT Infrastructure strategic objectives;

- Monitor Communication´s budget, by controlling budget evolution, identifying any deviations between the real and the foreseen and taking corrective measures.

O que precisas de garantir

- Master´s degree in Information Technology, or related field;

- Technical background preferred;

- Typically requires 3 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, especially in administration and networks management in industrial context.

- Experience in leading others in project context;

- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

- Track record of overachieving targets;

- Possess solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure principles and practices;

- Skilled at managing processes and tools;

- Fluency in English is a requirement;

- Knowledge of the GMP / GAMP Guidelines
