Job DescriptionIn the last months VORTAL has grown a lot, counting with more than 90 employees in this country, belonging to 4 different companies.
Based in our Lisbon Office, in this position you will be reporting to the IT Services Lead, who is based in Lisbon. You will be directly supporting our Lisbon Office Team and some minor support to the Madrid Office. Your team is responsible for providing technical assistance on computer systems and similar, serving as the first contact for our internal users, always looking to optimize their lives.

 
 
Responsibilities

Provide and manage technical support to company staff on all company-supported applications and hardware such as CRM, Office 365 (Email, Sharepoint, Teams, Visual Studio), EasyVista (Ticketing Tool), desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, and related technologies.
Installation, Administration, Maintenance of Computers and Software;
IT Park Management - management of computer and IT materials, according to the needs;
Manage Software licenses, certificates and domains;
Manage IT Equipment’s and Software vendors;
Proactively identify opportunities to evolve and improve the IT support delivery systems; 
Education

Specific intermediate vocational training or Engineering Degree 
Skills & Knowledge

English (written and spoken) mandatory;
Entrepreneurship, tenacity, proactive attitude and creative thinking;
Ability to work with a team and by objectives; 
Experience

2+ years of relevant work experience;
Working Experience as IT Helpdesk / Support;
Working Experience with ticketing systems;
Working experience in O365 / Azure AD;
Knowledge or experience with Networking - Switching, Firewall’s, Access Points - (Preferred);
