responsabilidades chave
- As a IT Development Lead, you are part of a team of technology and application engineering experts focused on the delivery and realization of a digital solution for Skill Management and related Job-Skill Data Library of a complex HR process landscape.
- Analyze, design, build, and deliver a scalable, performant, market-ready solution by leading technical coordination and execution of the realization in the fields of e.g. Data Storage, analytics & NLP.
- Define scopes, deliverables and timelines that support business objectives in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Understanding the solution vision and needs, your share the operational responsibility for the solution realized with your development team. You aim at addressing objectives and KPIs in a targeted manner continuously improving the solution in lean, efficient ways.
- Apply your deep understanding of software development, making tactical judgement on technologies, engineering tradeoffs, while monitoring status and reporting on realization schedules.
- Work in an international agile team with a high level of motivation and engagement.
competências
- Degree in information technology (computer science, Business Informatics, etc.) or comparable qualification
- More than 6 years of relevant professional experience in design, implementation and maintenance of modern applications in the field of Data Storage, Analytics & NLP
- Team-oriented, communicative and open for intercultural collaboration with a hands-on mentality, proactive and confident attitude, decision-making competence
- Structured, accountable and open minded
- Bring knowledge and experience in several of the following areas:
- Designing and building scalable Data Storage and Analytics platforms, underlying technologies and architectures.
- Operationalization of Machine Learning / self-sustaining solutions over the complete lifecycle (MLOps)
- Practical experience in the use of PaaS services in the Big Data and Analytics environment in e.g. Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Automated deployments in containers, continuous integration and delivery processes and infrastructure as code
- Experience in the field of System Development for HR Domain; cross-division experience within a large corporation
- Very good English skills both written and spoken
