responsabilidades chave

  • your role:
  • review the record-to-report department (accounting, planning, reporting…) internal processes, systems and policies and make recommendations to ensure the risk to the business is minimized with a view to delivering improvements by advising, coaching and facilitating.
  • performing 2nd level testing on 1st Level Controls;
  • reporting risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified and providing recommendations for improving the record to report department operations;
  • Evaluating compliance with the record-to-report department existing policies and procedures, identifying and proposing modifications as needed;
  • identifying areas of strengths and weaknesses and engaging in continuous education and staff development on best practices;
  • reviewing responses to internal and external audit management letter queries to ensure recommendations are implemented and ensuring all action items are resolved;
  • providing support to the Compliance organization.

competências

  • If you have:
  • Master degree level in Finance/Management or related discipline or graduated from a Business School (or equivalent);
  • 1 to 2 years experience maximum in internal audit in an international company or audit firm; analytical thinking with ability to synthetize;
  • organizational skills and your attention to the details;
  • good communication skills, customer oriented and able to work in an international environment.;
  • team player;
  • negotiation level in English.
