We are currently hiring an HR Payroll Specialist for a multinational company.
O que terás de fazer
- Interaction with suppliers/consultants related to the conditions and well-being of employees; tax, labor
- Carrying out salary processing;
- Time, vacation and absence management;
- Management of employee data (admissions, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc.);
- Clarification of employees' doubts (time management, issuing statements, health insurance management, etc.);
- Monitoring of employees' individual processes, respective contractual management and documentation archiving;
- Communications with official entities (Direct Social Security, Compensation Funds, Employment Incentive Measures, etc.).
- Monitoring of all labor fund matters, namely, concerning disciplinary proceedings;
O que precisas de garantir
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related area required.
- Master's degree in HR or related area preferred.
- Technical background preferred
- Minimum professional experience of 4/5 years in the position (preferred factor);
- Consolidated experience in SAP HR; - SAP Structure / Payroll
- Domain of Labor legislation
- Excel Domain
- Intermediate / advanced level of English (spoken and written);
