Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave

The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs.
? Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards
? Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
? Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs
? Support HRBP’s Community in their Reporting activities
? Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users
? Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools
? Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations
(“Need to know purpose” principle)
? Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
? Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders

competências

Confirmed professional Degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 yrs of experience in reporting operations.
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
Structured, self-organised and collaborative way of working
Creativity and appetence for problem solving
Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data
Project management
Customer orientation: Definition of customers needs for data and analysis based on
HR system
Mindset of continuous improvement and lean methods
Ability to network in multicultural environment
English: Business proficiency level written and Spoken
Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPIs
Advanced mastery of Excel, including Macros development, VBA is a plus)
Expertise in SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3, would be a plus if time management
process is known)
Workday certifications: Core HCM, reporting
Data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Qliksense, Workday Prism),
Basics of Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling
Languages: English - capacity to work and interact in english in a daily basis
Data Analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling, data analytics (Python and
associated libraries such as Pandas) (Specifically for Reporting/Analytics Operation)
