responsabilidades chave

  • The HR Transformation & Digital department has the mission to drive and accompany the transformation of the HR function into its future, leveraging new Digital capabilities while continuously boosting the HR performance in order to meet HR customer’s business needs.
  • ? Create, Run and deliver standard reports & dashboards
  • ? Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks
  • ? Develop and create data layout like table, charts, graphs
  • ? Support HRBP’s Community in their Reporting activities
  • ? Promote HR Reporting self-service by giving trainings to end users
  • ? Ensure smooth transition from SAP BI reporting tools to Workday reporting tools
  • ? Secure Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations (“Need to know purpose” principle)
  • ? Demonstrate good judgment and discretion with dealing with highly sensitive data
  • ? Daily interaction with Airbus central stakeholders

competências

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Data Analytics Engineering - desirable - with 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations;
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data
  • Project management
  • Customer orientation: Definition of customers needs for data and analysis based on HR system
  • Mindset of continuous improvement and lean methods
  • English: Business proficiency level written and spoken
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of HR KPIs
  • Advanced mastery of Excel, including Macros development, VBA is a plus)
  • Expertise in SAP HR Reporting (BW and R/3, would be a plus if time management process is known)
  • Workday certifications: Core HCM, reporting
  • Data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire, Qliksense, Workday Prism),
