responsabilidades chave

• As a matrix position for all units in the country, promote and protect the company Health & Wellbeing framework throughout all markets, providing expertise on Health & Wellbeing opportunities and challenges.
• As part of the Centre of Expertise for Co-workers Relations, secure access to updated knowledge about market trends, latest developments and best practises in Co-workers Health and Wellbeing.
• Lead the process of implementing the group framework on Health and Wellbeing and proactively drive it in the continuous improvements.
• Be a speaking partner for Health & Wellbeing, internally and externally, for all relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in forums, networks and projects to represent and safeguard Health & Wellbeing, also use these contacts to be updated on new trends and developments on Health and Wellbeing that are of interest for the company.
• Identify local best practices, set up a system to share them systematically and promotes these across the organisation.

• You know how to contribute to the development, and implementation of, strategic plans for people and organisations.
• You have an extensive knowledge in Health & Wellbeing related to Co-workers in large-scale commercial organisations.
• You have an extensive knowledge in international Health & Wellbeing standards, rules and regulations.
• You are a confidently navigate in a complex interdependent environment, where the change management skills are essential.
• You create networking easily and your communication skills is clear and inspirational.
• You feel comfortable with risk management skills.
• You have a good English communication skill.
• Ability to plan effectively, influence others and follow up on changes implemented.
• You have certification as Técnico superior de Higiene e Saúde no trabalho within levels 7 to 8, according to respective academic level (mandatory).
• You have certification in Métodos e Instrumentos de Medição do Ruído no Trabalho (mandatory).
