Mission:
As a Gift Box Customer Adviser, your main job is to manage all requests from customers (telephone and e-mail), help to choose the means of payment, bookings services, among others.
Profile required:
- Native or fluency in Italian (plus English) (mandatory);
- Previous experience in similar functions (mandatory);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Results driven;
- Flexible and committed.
Workplace – Parque das Nações
Workload – Monday to Friday, between 08h – 18h
Conditions: RBM 893€ + Meal Allowance + Health Insurance + Transport Allowance + Annual Bonus until 1200€
We Offer:
- Direct employment contract with our client;
- Contract signature on the 1st day of Training.
