Adecco is currently searching and recruiting a German and English speaker for a role of German Warranty Audit for it's international client in the Auto Business, in Lisbon.Warranty checklist audits help manufacturers ensure quality services at the dealerships and workshops selling and servicing their products. Also provide objective evaluation to support effective improvement measures designed to maintain brand reputation and boost customer satisfaction.
Funções
• Main Responsibilities:• Executing remote automotive warranty audits process framework for Germany/Austria and France;
• Use the available tools to obtain supporting information for the audits;
• Initiate, elaborate and finalise the remote audits within the defined deadline;
• Preparation of the audit planning, including the work program, as well as background research regarding the audit topic;
• Conducting document reviews and data analysis;
• Conducting interviews, status meetings and closing meeting with the auditees;
• Creating audit report;
• Follow-up and evaluation of agreed audit actions.
Requisitos
• Requirements:• Fluent in German and English;
• Comply with procedures and process for Audits;
• High level of independence, tenacity and resilience in executing audits and resolving audit issues, while remaining objective;
• Knowledge in Auto Mechanics is a plus;
• Preference of experience in audit;
• Capacity to learn and autonomous mindset;
• Team spirit;
• Positive thinking and dynamism;
• Preference for local residence, in Portugal.
Oferta
• We offer:• Monday to Friday schedule - 8am-8pm;
• 3 days at home, and 2 days at the office (Oriente);
• Competitive salary wage x 14 months + Anual Bonus + Meal Allowance;
