Obligations of the employee:

Part of your daily activities will be:
- Telephone and written customer service
- Help increase productivity and control shipping cost reductions
- Help select a variety of UPS services for small, medium, and large businesses,
- Assistance with package returns,
- Answering telephone enquiries and providing support and guidance to customers and resolving their issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
-Provide helpful and efficient service when customers need assistance with shipping a package.


What do we provide:

• Possible start: 17.05, 24.05, 31.05!
• Fully remote recruitment process (by phone or WhatsApp)
• Renewable employment contract (12 months)
• Competitive salary and remuneration system:
  • 1360€ gross salary per month (in case you don’t need company accommodation)
  • 1000€ gross salary per month (with company accommodation – all bills included)
  • Temporary start in the home-office (for technical reasons, you must be located in or around Lisbon) / If the situation is safe, work is planned in a modern office in Lisbon (Portugal)
• Additional private health insurance from the 1st day
• 22 days of paid vacation per year
• Complete paid training (approx. 5 working days on site)

What we expect from you:

• We do not need any experience, we offer training!
• You speak German (at least C1) -necessary condition
• You speak English (at least B2)
• You are located in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• You are looking for an energetic environment
• You are a social media marketing enthusiast and want to work for famous brand

Relocation package:

• Reimbursement of flight expenses after 9 months
• Airport pick-up
• Administrative help with registration in Portugal
• Yearly paid 2-ways flight to home destination
