• Telephone and written (email / chat) support for any inquiries from customers 

• Excellent advice and quick support on topics such as product selection, ordering, payment methods, delivery, exchange and guarantee 

• Answering customer inquiries in writing via social media channels 

 

• Possible start: 17.05 & 31.05

• Fully remote recruitment process (by phone or WhatsApp) 

• Renewable employment contract (12 months) 

• Competitive salary and remuneration system: 

* Up to approx. 1450€ gross salary per month (in case you don't need company accommodation) 

• Work in a modern office in Lisbon (Portugal) 

-> Alternative possibility: temporary start in the home-office (for technical reasons, you must be located in or around Lisbon)
