Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring German speakers with a good level of German for a position of Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, namely for a project in the Tourism Industry.

Funções

Inbound Based Customer Support, through phone and email;
Support to Partner managing Extranet (Assistance to Partners managing theirs Hotels, e.g. open availability, manage calendar, invoices);
Support to Guest managing Reservations (Requests & Complaints);
Administrative Tasks.

Requisitos

Native languages skills in German;
Advanced level of English;
Dynamic profile;
Excellent communication skills;
Skills in troubleshooting;
Customer service – oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy;
Intermediate PC skills.

Oferta

Base salary + language complement + food allowance + productivity bonus;
Home Office;
Work Schedule: from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 10 pm. Rotational time off.
Introduction and continuous training.
