Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring candidates fluent in German and English for a role of Customer Service Representative for his international client.

Funções

• Be the first point of contact to communicate with our customers;
• Provide immaculate service to customers, going above and beyond their expectations;
• Build a long-lasting impression with customers on every interaction, whether by phone or email.

Requisitos

• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written (C1/2 or native);
• Superb communication skills;
• Availability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two consecutive days off per week;
• Computer Skills;
• Multi-tasking skills;
• Experience working in a customer service (or similar) role with contact center/office environment preferred, but not required;
• Previous luxury fashion experience is an added value;
