Kelly Search & Selection is currently looking for a Fron & Back Office Specialist, to our multinational client Bosch, in Lisbon.
Bosch Service Solutions develops and delivers Customer Experience, Mobility and Monitoring solutions for companies and their customers. The teams find fast and efficient solutions for thousands of people on a daily basis - from claim management to life-saving emergency calls, among other services.
Responsibilities:
- Receive phone & written customer requests and complaints regarding Europe's biggest customer loyalty and frequent flyer program, review and answer them, high quality phone feedback to premium clients;
- Processing of enquiries to the topics of frequent flyer status and missing mileage credits as well as clarification of complex topics regarding applying these points;
- Research work in different applications and document your working results elaboratively.
Requirements:
- German Language (C1 level) Mandatoy;
- English (at least B1 level, written communication);
- Optional: Italian / French / Spanish (C1 level);
- Good communicative competencies, commitment and solutions oriented;
- Professional and friendly appearance, like working independent and customer oriented. Team-oriented and goal-oriented. Dealing with SLA, KPIs & monitoring should be known and the goal should be achieved;
- Experienced in customer services, ideally have worked in a customer interaction center receiving request by Phone and have interest in the travel industry (interest in modern widgets, e.g. App customer support, is a plus).
