Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring applicants fluent in French and English for a role of French and English Support Specialist for its client company in Lisbon.Funções
Activities:? Oversee a portfolio of ~100 Menus to maintain with the goal of providing an industry-leading
customer experience in Menu Management;
? Answer customers’ incoming questions quickly via email, and chat in a professional and efficient
manner;
? Guide customers on how to most effectively use of the tools and technology to improve
business results;
? Proactively communicate with clients about product functionality;
? Handle customer tickets regarding menu issues to maintain SLAs.
Requisitos
Requirements:? Be proficient in French and English;
? Experience working in a fast-paced support environment;
? Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Must haves:
? Communication: emotionally intelligent, strives to always be helpful, empathetic with customer
service ethic;
? Ownership: passionate about the customer, advanced problem solving, pursues answers on his /
her own;
? Customer obsession: A passion for understanding the customer’s perspectives, neeand the
willingness to go above and beyond to serve the customers needs.
