Adecco is currently searching, recruiting and contracting for a role of French Senior Sourcer for it's international client in the area of the urban private transportation.Funções
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us grow an organization focused on hiring great talent. We are currently looking to expand our sourcing team across engineering, sales and community operations across EMEA. You'll partner with Talent Intelligence, strategic talent sourcing teams, recruiting teams and business stakeholder leads to build talent discovery/mapping strategies, and deploy those strategies to grow. You’ll get the opportunity to build and expand on advanced sourcing skills, data-driven candidate search strategies and process improvement.Requisitos
Requirements:Fluent in French and English;
Experience in sourcing/recruiting in a volume hiring stategy;
Availability to work in Lisbon;
Eager to learn!
Oferta
We offer:Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm schedules;
1 year contract with Adecco, with the possibility of growth;
Competitive salary conditions;
Hybrid model (2 days at the office, 3 at homeoffice)
